Killer.
What kind of things you have in mind?
Internal headset?  What type of BB?  Seamless double and triple butted tubing?

You work at a machine shop?  Are you thinking of doing any small parts?  Sprockets?  Stems?

For the time being I want to get rid of this T-nez and pick up a new Pantera.  The Federal is too damn short.  I had the old Pantera and loved it.  Only thing was it didn't have an internal headset and it got ovalized.

first few are probably going to be 1 1/8" external headset, and either american or mid bb... just to make shit easier.  if i did internal headset i would have to find a company to make them for us, im not that well versed yet to make one.  and for prototypes i dont want to sink a shit load of money into bb and headtubes.  like the first few probably wont have 990 mounts built in, ill probably just use the old plates for putting them on the forks just for prototype sake.

headtube: 75*
seattube: 71*
tt length: 20.5" and 21.25"
chainstay length: 14"

short rear end will make manuals, as well as spin tricks easier.  steeper then normal headtube makes for quicker steering as well as barspin and tailwhips faster. the seattube is pretty normal.... and im 6'3'' so i want a frame 21 1/4.

thats not something a person would usually want to admit... kinda like rocking a huffy.  im still rocking a t1, but i really  want to make a mediocre prototype frame.

I don't know shit about bmx, but I was lead to believe Free Agent frames were well made?  Was I sold a shitter?

not a total shitter... when they came out they were good, then the quality dropped when the company was bought out by a bigger conglomerate that had nothing to do with bikes at all.  like brunswick bought mongoose... brunswick made bowling equipment... shit on the mongoose name and put them in walmarts.  i was just busting your balls a bit.

Ahh, ok cool...  I bought it prolly 3-4 years ago.  It retailed at £500 ($1000 US) but I got it for £250 ($500 US) at an aircooled show.

The frame has some killer welds on it and it looks like it'd take being dropped off a house, but then, like I said I know shit :)  It is fucking heavy though.

Alex rims on it (which I have on my KHS mountain bike and seem pretty good), but apart from that, it had no-name everything else.

I took the shitty front brake off, took the gyro off too cos that was shit and replaced it with some super slick cable and a Dirty Harry lever and a fucking great rear brake that I can't remember the name of right now....  Stops properly now and can take my fat ass down to the shops without bending.

Basically, I bought it at the show because I couldn't be arsed walking round the place for 3 days while my mates all had bikes.  Bit stupid really, but at least it looks good on my roof-rack:

thats a completely different jig ill have to build... you'll just have to deal... haha.  were those the trails in parkville? that jump was the last in a 12pack and you went down into a huge ravine and then jumped that one?
