i used one for a while on an old aluminum frame that i couldn't let go of.  while slightly cheap and overwhelmingly jangy feeling, the a2z mount worked just fine.  i cranked the fuck out of the bolts on it and bent the plates to each other.  not sure if i was supposed to or not, but i did.  i figured more anti slip insurance. took a little fiddling around to get set up but again, functioned just fine when all was said and done.  a little more involved when fixing flats/removing wheel but, its just a skewer so no biggy.

i'm retardedly anal with my bikes and the mere sight of the thing eventually drove me crazy and i had to send the frame to spicer cycles to have the man weld on a disc brake tab and a couple guides, among a few other things for a remarkably cheap price.  yes i like him and plug him whenever possible.  he even threw in a small support bar leading to the new disc mount as i've heard frames can crack and bend and whatnot from the stresses a disc brake can put on it, if it was not originally equipped with one.  i've never seen it happen but, that doesn't really mean shit.

The adapter works well, I have two sessions on it and I tighten the bolts every time I leave the house. I'll probably rock it like this till I find a steal on a frame.
