How does their heat scale work? I'm fairly capable of eating some heat, but I got cocky at Salvador Molly's and ordered a 15 out of 20 the last time I ate there and was humbled.

wingdome's scale? i'm not sure how it works exactly...but it's sauce base is Franks red hot sauce, i'm pretty sure. their wings come slathered with sauce. i'm sure the higher the number, the less dilution rate, but i dont know exact numbers of what to what...

the hellwing...it's just a light dressing of pure liquid hell. worthy of a waiver you have to sign before eating it....then a picture for the wall afterwards.

however, Hooters "911" wings....not hot. actually, their kind of a joke. i'm glad they didn't cost extra.

I can't really handle too much heat, but the 911 at Hooters didn't seem like anything extraordinary. I mean, i could have easily eaten more of them. I don't plan on eating there for a while; totally fucked my stomach up.
