so, i am unhappy as taco sause in a bbq fight..........

i have a 125 qubic foot cylinder or what ever it is something like that. i am all bent that i only got about 10hrs of welding out of it at most, where with my 95qubic foot cylinder on my mig welder i get like 30hrs of welding out of that. both are set at the same cfh and shit, i dont see why hte fuck its so god damn big a diffrence.  i know my tig has a post flow and shit but its set as low as i can have it, i fiugred the diffrence in size would even out the usage during post flow and shit so the 2 cylinders would be close to the same n there ablit to last.

how long do u guys get on a cylinder and what do u set it at?....

miller syncrowave 200 - 125 QF. set at roughly 15cfh = 10hrs

miller matic 180 - 95 QF. set at roughlty 15chf = 30hrs

welll... pure speculation but I dont thing that you can really compare tig and mig shield usage. Think about the trigger/pedal time variation, when I imagine the sound etc I would imagine mig would use more but.. well... I never pay for gas so never really give a fuck. monk
