my place has been in the clear since monday night. i was actually back at work today......not that there were many cars to work on. bloody ash boogers are awesome by the way.
talked to hans today. he's still evacuated, but it looks like the fire in vc burned east of his place, so he should be allright.

I am home!!!! and it is still hear!!!! Covered in ash for sure, but standing nonetheless.
The fire burned on a ridge above my house less than 100 yards away. Scary.
I am going to sleep. I just got off work at 6am this morning and am tired as shit. Sleeping in my own bed is going to kick ass.

SO shit just kept on happening and I wasn't able to get to sleep until 4pm. By then I had been awake for 26 hours. I was tired. I fell asleep for 16 hours straight. Oohhhhh GAW DAMN that felt good.
