On the real though... my pops was in OC tooling around in his Cherokee and he was scared you guys were gonna give him a NOT IMPRESSED. That could ruin a mans own self image!! He told me to go check out all the drunks on the front porch. You guys freakin owned 6th street.- DeezUU on vortex in regards to the H2O house.

Furnished Apts for rent in Tacoma

Just throwing this out there now as it sounds like I'll be heading to Tacoma for the next job at the beginning of the year.  If anyone happens to hear of any furnished apts or "business" housing somewhere let me know.  Price is only somewhat of a concern as work will be paying for it.

It's ok, I don't know any up here and I'm still surviving.  Although this cute chick just moved in 2 doors down, got to meet her and her hot friends last night.

tim, if you want, you can stay with me. Since Sarah pretty much doesn't live at home I'm alone 99% of the time. I have my spare room downstairs I could clean out for you to stay in

Only thing I can't supply right now is a real bed, but I could talk to Sarah about going in on a cheap twin with a basic frame for ya (and anybody afterwards when you are gone)

Since work swing you'd have the house pretty much to yourself.

So long as you can put up with the dogs, your more than welcome to stay for free :)

Thanks for the offer.  I'll see how it goes, if I did that I'd definetly make it worth your while, as work pays for my lodging.  I'll have to see how far away you are from work, I hate commuting everyday.

just get me an address and i can tell ya. :)

when i used to go to work at 5am across town, it would only take me 10 mins...now in the middle of the day at 3, it takes me 15.

oh, 15 mins, at most. directly north of me up Portland Ave.

i've been there, that place is pretty nuts....that is the plant that makes the aroma of Tacoma :)

...and there are some kids in my apprentice class on tuesdays that work at Western Machine that work down there almost daily...maybe you'll be working with them. who knows though.
