making a obd-2 vr chip?

so, i wonder what equipment is realy needed to burn my own chip's for a obd-2 vr6?.... wasnt someone saying there is a "kit" u can buy that allows u to make the file?..... after u get that how hard woudl it be to tune and refine software?

Get in touch with ChuckB/slappynuts on the Vortex he gave me some good info on a 'romulator' like the Honda guys use for their ECU's.
