It truely is sad to see a car club that I knew in the PNW back in '98 /'99 go to shit with people like you and all your east coast cloanies. Now i see why some of the "original" crew have left the scene. Looks like a bunch of DEMONIC WHOREDs who run nothing but there fucking mouth in the DCI now........... - Euro2.0

Sloppy built.
Friend of mine bought a Sporster, had it for three days.
Rear brake light went out as did his fuse.  Wiring rubbed through under seat.  Routed like shit.

ok and the fun............

stack of parts, mostly much overly needed tune up bs....... and some fun!...

i had a local shop do my 6spd gear set install..... and while it was apart i got the primary covers powder coated, got of sick of all the chorme

now the fun...... i got my bike w/ a set of twin exahsut, non muffled, and it .... was A. super fucking loud, B. didnt fit for shit. so i asked around and found a kice kerker ehxaust tha thad been in a axident and bout to be scrapped. i took the exhast i had, cut off its mounts, cut off the kerker mounts, cut up some scrap tube, and fixed the kerker exhaust.  if u look at the #1 (lowes in the pic) exhasut runner it has a big dent at the bend where it starts going to the back of the bike.

check out this lill gem......... notice how hot the exhasut got due to the fucked up flow of the dent..

no more dent part 1.

no more dent part 2.
its not perfact, cuz it didnt need to be, it flows well and thats what i was after.... stupied guys said "its a all stainless system" yeah.. thats 100% magnetic AKA regural old steel.... fucktards.....

after i found out this shit was just steel exhaust i decided to do this. i installed 49' of exhaust wrap.

and here it is all finished and installed. i made a nice brushed alum retainer strap for the end of the wrap.

i have had issues w/ my front break lever causing the break light to do stupid shit and such. tellme if u notice something wong with my rear break light switch.

yeah its guts are missing..... fucking thing was in pieces inside my swithc housing just randomly shorting out at will. so i cu tit off and properly capped the wires. now i only have  a break light that works with my rear wheel break, but at least it isnt flickering and ackting insaine 99% the time.

well thats it for now, i have a carb rebuild/jet kit adn fork rebuild parts ......... but im thinking of sending back the carb stuff and get a whole new carb that is acutly able to be adjusted with out taking shit off the bike and easy to work on.

the forks ill probably rebuild in the next week or to.

i have break pads that i cant seen to bring myself to install. as the genus's at harley made the rear calipr and its mount 1 peice that go's around the rear axle shaft. i dont feel liek taking the whole rear end apart jsut to change out my pads balh......... fucking lame desing in my book.

after stirpping it down i ended up witha ncie seat pan to start my new seat with

and no, im not all sad i dont have my old fj to rdrive around w/ a gas can with any more..... im just draining the fuel tank

one unfun place to get a alen wrench and trun tigh as fhell bolts

new S&S super E carb next to stock HD carb

and the tops of the carbs, notice how the S&S carb actuly has adjustments that u cna freaking get to!..

sure dosnt seem like many parts for what they charge for all this bs..

and done..... so far i realy dig it, i havnt done anythign but set the idle and rive the hell out of it and wow its so much better

more to come.......
