It truely is sad to see a car club that I knew in the PNW back in '98 /'99 go to shit with people like you and all your east coast cloanies. go to a shop and test some bikes, find out their dimensions and find and older bike with similar geometry.  

That's your best bet.  You may even find one there you like.  Most bike shops have used bikes for sale if you don't want to go broke on a new one.

well i dont want to spend hundreds or thousands on something and not like it. just want to get something that works and if i liek it fix it up and then from there move on to a better one
