Looking for Room mate.

Currently looking to fill a room at my house.  House is a 3 bedroom 1,400 square feet.  Two full baths.  You'd share a bathroom with one other person.  Hottub is in the works, large back yard, BBQ tied into house gas system, LOW bills, community front room, everything is networked, bigscreen tv, occasional use of garage/shop, some storage possibilities etc etc...

Room available after July 22nd.

Must be animal friendly.  Have two cats.

Rent $350.  Estimate monthly costs at $450 total.
