DCI gets no respect from me. Always drive by there when at h2o more or less have to. Everytime no matter I be in my mk2 or mk3 they yell an curse their mouths off at me. -ktm8806 on vortex

« on: May 17, 2007, 01:06:15 PM »

ok so, hrmm.. where to start.

My name is Ryan, I moved to Denver on Haloween for a job capable of supporting my habbits..
I am 25, I got engaged in January to the love of my life Cassidi, my birthday is 420 and umm.. I have a BS in Anthropology but work as a Unix Tech.. go figure.

ok so now that you all skiped over reading all that crap here is what your really looking for:

2001 GTI GLX - Reflex Silver with a couple modifications, not much.. All work has been done by me and myself, no bolt on kit to see here :suckit:

Whats been done under the hood:
- VF Engineering Complete Motor Mount Kit
- Garrett T3-T04e 60 Trim .87 AR Turbo
- Kinetic Motorsports Turbo Manifold
- Custom 3" Downpipe
- Tial 38mm Wastegate with 5.5psi spring & open dump
- TurboXS Type H Blow Off Valve
- Johnnyracecar 6" Intercooler (anodized black)
- Custom 2.5" Intercooler Piping (gloss black piping)
- Custom 4" Intake w/ K&N Filter
- Greddy Profec Spec II Electronic Boost Controller
- C2 Motorsports 4" maf housing
- Bosch Green Top 42lb Injectors
- MK3 fuel rail
- Bosch 255lph In Line Fuel Pump
- Southbend OFE SS Stage IV Clutch (450tq)
- Quaife Limited Slip Differential
- Cryotreated 02A Corrado VR6 Gear Swap
- .681 TDI 5th gear swap
- Diesel Geek Sigma 5 Short Shifter
- C2 Motorsports Stage II FI Fuel Kit
- C2 Motorsports v2 quickflow intake manifold
- C2 Motorsports 8.5:1 SS Headgasket
- ARP Undercut Head Studs
- 3" GHL turboback non-resonated catless exhaust
- Evans NPG+ Waterless Coolant (0psi)

I have a Stage II water/meth kit waiting to be installed and I am in the middle of re-spraying my IC piping flat black (looks much better imo)

boost is over-rated.. its not like its any fun to have your face riped off.. besides I drive under vacuum 99% of the time because I prefer to stay attached to the road.

Anthropology huh?  Not using it as your career huh?  I minored in the physical side of things, alongside a geology major.  I work for an infomercial.  I'd bet your parents have more pride.

May I suggest a Pork Chop or Soy Chop, you're looking a little skinny for the altitude.

Nice looking car.  Props for doing your own work, that counts for a lot around these parts.

thats not too bad if all it did was take out your chin spoiler/lip piece. it could be repaird im sure but a new one cant  be that much either. either way it stlll blows. but better than a deer!... if u want to have that fixed or something let me know i sort of maybe have a good netwrok of body shops and such around town... in a round about donky dick kind of way
