Hard fuel and hard brake line questions
« on: May 04, 2007, 06:31:25 AM »

What size and where to get? Tubing, fittings and steel braided fuel line to go to the carb setup.

Need to run new fuel line from basically the rear wheel well up to the pass side front and need to make new front brake hard lines.

Ya, IIRC the fuel lines are 8mm, which is almost the same as 5/16"  For brake lines, it can be a pain with the double flairs.  I've always just yarded some lines, and rebent them for my application.  I'm assuming yours are getting rotted out?

I can re bend them but the fittings are shot.

Got the break lines from the dealership. Now to find suitable fuel lines. Just want to make sure I can mate the new lines to the existing lines. I'm only finding 5/16in line.
