I get the impression that DCI is a front for a handful of elitests with moderately nice cars who surround themselves with people who cant think for themselves, who need to be part of something to feel better about themselves. Its a viscious cycle. -big bentley on vortex

cylinder hone recenmendatons

so i spent last ngiht educating my self on cylinder hone's andholy shti there ar ea millino ones. i have to use a 3 arm padel style due some issues w/ my blcok a ball wont fit.

what girt have u guys used and how well di dyour ring sseem to seal w/ that grit?..

i have to do this today (i hope) and wnat to make sure i dont fuck up.

im using OEM (made by fedul mogal) rings. stock size, stock bore. ablh balh. on a 1.8t.

are you just honing the cylinders with a drill and doing it by hand, or do you have it mounted up on a drill press?
