need TT compression ratio
« on: March 13, 2007, 08:57:07 AM »

i have found 2 diffrent compression ratio's listed for 225 tt's. 9.2-1 and 9.0-1. i need to know wich one is correct. granted its not much a diffrence but, it is a diffrence and id like to keep shit as dialed in to what i need as possible to avoid having any lame issues w/ tunning and shit. if anyone works at a dealer and can look up what is listed i would be stoked.

thanks

I remember reading somewhere that is was 9.2:1, but I don't remember how reliable the source was.

Not sure on the Audi's, but I know at least with the ABA's VW's published compression ratio is a tad bit high to account for normal carbon buildup.
