but you don't need that service, every internet service provider has his smtp-server for use..
for example;
i host volksforum.com on dedicated servers, so to recieve mail i configure pop3.volksforum.com as incoming mailserver.
my internet service provider is xs4all, so for sending mail i configure smtp.xs4all.nl as outgoing mailserver.
on my iphone i recieve mail via pop3.volksforum.com, but send mail via smtp.t-mobile.nl
get it?

pop3 = recieve mail smtp = send mail
sendthough server should be smtp.provider.com , your exact internet provider connection at that specific moment.
so if you change your internet connection to different provider, like other wifi-signal, you should change the sendthough server config to that provider's server
