i was sitting in a lil bit of traffic today and my fan went on.  15 minutes later it never shut off.  so i disconnected it and put it back in and it's still came on.  cars been off for an hour, plugged it back in, came right on.  is it the relay on the back of the fan?  need some help.

driving by a garage sale this morning i saw it.  1977 suzuki gs400.  9,700 original miles.  some farmer had it and stored it in his barn for the last ten years.    it doesn't run but i was told it did before it was parked.  guy told me the battery was dead. 

i figure a new battery, or a good charge, new plugs, fresh gas, oil change, this thing should be good to go.  i'm sure the carbs should be cleaned out as well.  any advice?  i'll try and get some pics up.
