Of course since 86, when it happened, I've pretty much known about it.  In 86, when my mom and I would go to the grocery store, she used to have the people page me if I ended up taking too long looking around, just to see who would look.  And its pretty much been a large issue anytime I have worked customer service jobs where they require you to answer with your full name.  Whenever I called up an older guy, he'd freak out thinking I was the "REAL" Jessica Hahn.

Funny thing about this is that I'm from the DFW area as well. Flower Mound approx. 30 miles from where I grew up in Dallas (Oak Cliff). Another odd thing is that his wife's name is Wendy, as is mine. There are times when I have to explain that I'm NOT that person when trying to get credit. Cingular wanted a $600 deposit several years ago because he burned a bridge with SBC Mobility in Dallas. I explained that my only affiliation with SBC was WAY back before the 2000 merger with BellSouth and that I was a customer to SBMS (SouthWestern Bell Mobile Systems) back in the early 90's. They ran a credit check and no deposit required.
