driving by a garage sale this morning i saw it.  1977 suzuki gs400.  9,700 original miles.  some farmer had it and stored it in his barn for the last ten years.    it doesn't run but i was told it did before it was parked.  guy told me the battery was dead. 

i figure a new battery, or a good charge, new plugs, fresh gas, oil change, this thing should be good to go.  i'm sure the carbs should be cleaned out as well.  any advice?  i'll try and get some pics up.

probably could use new tires also. dry rot probably got a hold of those. with only two tires keepin you up id say you wanna play it safe.
