It truely is sad to see a car club that I knew in the PNW back in '98 /'99 go to shit with people like you and all your east coast cloanies. Now i see why some of the "original" crew have left the scene. Looks like a bunch of DEMONIC WHOREDs who run nothing but there fucking mouth in the DCI now........... - Euro2.0

Wtb a 56-58 cm road bike
« on: July 16, 2008, 04:49:04 PM »

Just tossing it out there. Looking for something aluminum with nice wheels, prefer 105 or ultegra. Nothing crazy. $500 low-$1200 high. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Got a 2006 leftover Fuji Roubaix rc.
My buddy works for Fuji HQ, but i didn't think he'd have anything mid-season.
I picked it up for $790.00 shipped, the 2006 msrp was $2020.00.
Ultegra gruppo, carbon/aluminum frame, fancy 20 spoke front wheel that Philadelphia will destroy in 30 ft.
I'm seriously thinking of selling the wheelset before the rubber even meets the road.

Good lookin bike. Hell of a deal. That about how much they should cost, considering a Kinesis frame at cost is like 50 bucks, and the group like 200.

Rumor has it your streets are even worse than ours, in which ditching the wheels would be a grand idea.

Scuba, you'll be surprised. Those wheels will hold up well.

Cool, I thought it may have been the same dude. They make so many goddamn bikes that are almost identical, it's actually pretty dumb. If anybody else is interested in Fuji, Kestrel, or SE products, let me know.

I don't have the money for another bike now, but I will let you know in the near future.  A road bike would be an awesome addition for me.  Especially if it was $800 compared to $2200 retail.  Wow that's a deal. thumbsup
