OBDI Diag
« on: June 08, 2008, 04:18:36 PM »

a friend(kenny butler) picked up a 95 VR Jetta. I assume it's OBD1... right?

how can i diagnose his car with my Ross Tech Software that's made for OBD2?

he says it has a port that looks like the OBD2 port on my 98 VR.

if he's wrong, will the car require that 2x2 adaptor?

You should be able to plug in your ross tech to his car.
