Looks like a grasshopper to me. I come from a world where crickets are mostly black. Google image search showed me that they come in many colors, and that I could quite possibly be incorrect.

some crickets are kind of a clearish brown. they are used for feeding reptiles. just a heads up on the color of crickets.
and to be honest if I remember correctly from science class (but don't quote me) you can tell the difference between a grasshopper and a cricket by the shape of their head. that being the case, that is NOT a cricket, its a grasshopper.

The difference in crickets and grasshoppers actually lies in the length of their antennae.
A cricket's antennae will be as long as their abdomen or longer
