Stock ones do the job.

Most important are the seals at the ends of the push rod tubes.

really comes down to the seals. spring loaded tend to leak a little more than stock ones. but you dont have to take the heads off to replace seals witht he spring loaded.
being that you are going with a pretty stock set up, the stock lenght tubes will work good for you. i only went with spring loaded cause i cut the last fin off my heads to bump my compression.
i dont know how close you are to peek performance in maryland, but they should have alot of the motor stuff you need. you know, to save on shipping. if not, i might be able to get stuff for you up here at the shop i go to... thumbsup

Nick... buy stock tubes and silicone seals.

Also recommend the cork valve cover gaskets.

my engine specs....1915cc
machined block- bored for 94mm pistons, tapped for full flow.
demello machine shop 69mm counter weighted crank <- these guys are funny as shit to talk to you on the phone
balanced rods...also by dms
engle fk87 cam, straight cut cam gears, 30mm lifters 1.4:1 rockers
heads: 3 angle valve job, last cooling fin cut off to bump compression, cork gaskets thumbsup
full flow pump, spring loaded push rod tubes
carbs: dual dell 40's....they do the job for now.

thats what i can remember off the top of my head. going N/A for this year....motor for next year is going to require me to put a cage in my car.  i should have a built trans by early summer. i won to get atleast 1 picture of me lifting the front wheels off the ground.

so if anyone comes across a set of dell 45's.....let me know. haha.

nuno, you forgot to mention the pill fuses.

Sure did. Its a given.

Every aircooled you buy or own always have them.  No need to pack them
