so, what is so specal about the vr6 oil cooler sandwich plate that makes it so much extra money?

and also, i dont want the stock water/oil cooler any more. do i need anything specal when i remove this thing? i assume the block is set up teh same as the  4 banger vw's in this area and such. kind of confused why vr6 shit is so much more money and why people ack like its pixy dust inbeded or what ever when i ask quesotns about hwo this system is any diffren than a 4 banger other htan bein gbolted right to the block.
