1.8t head rebuild

ok, so im geting  a head rebuilt. A. where do i get parts from for the best part for quality stuff.

b. where do i find high rev/heavy dudty valve springs that WILL NOT BREAKE?
c. what is the average going price for valve job/guide install/decking
d. i am useing a AEB head.... anything i should watch out for?
e. on my AEB head, should i bother doing any porting/pollihsing?
f. 3 or 5 angle valve job?.....
g. stock vlaves will be good enough? right.?......


anything i missed?

id like to get all the parts upfront and have the shop do the work.
